Technology Backbone of Green Power Nodes

STATION-I –
developed by ZUWESO.

ZUWESO develops the technological foundation for STATION-I and Green Power Nodes: engineering, modular infrastructure, integrated energy systems, software and technical IP. These components are developed and standardised for a growing pipeline of proprietary and partner projects .

For commercial, industrial and mobility sites, this is gradually evolving into a contracting model: We identify, lease or acquire suitable land and parking areas, design the appropriate Node, and implement hybrid energy infrastructure through site-specific project structures. Our site partners can focus on their core business.

ZUWESO provides the technological foundation. Project development, structuring, financing and operations are brought together in the appropriate project, investment and asset structures. This allows a site to be developed as integrated energy infrastructure from a single source.

Flagship product

STATION-I – the modular infrastructure platform for hybrid energy and mobility sites.

STATION-I has been developed and continuously expanded over many years by ZUWESO and Tobias Maurus. The platform combines physical infrastructure, energy and mobility technology and digital systems, forming a standardisable toolkit for a wide variety of site types.

Physical Platform: modular steel structures, supporting structures, geometries, seating and service elements.
Energy Layer: PV, BESS, grid connection, charging infrastructure and additional energy carriers.
Mobility Layer: AC/DC/HPC/MCS charging and site-specific load management.
Digital Layer: software, interfaces, monitoring, control logic and SOS-EMS.

IP & Innovation

Product development, technical know-how and two patent families as the foundation for innovation.

Sector Coupling

Systems rather than isolated technologies.

ZUWESO develops the integration logic between electricity, storage, mobility, heat and other energy carriers, translating complex technical systems into standardisable project components.

Commercial · Industrial · Mobility

Designed for scalable applications.

Our engineering and tools are designed for commercial, industrial and mobility-related sites – especially where generation, storage, charging infrastructure and intelligent energy management work together.

Software & Energy Management

ZUWESO develops system intelligence. STAI puts it into operation.

With SOS-EMS, system architectures, control logic, interfaces and software modules, ZUWESO develops the technical foundation for intelligent operations at STATION-I sites and Green Power Nodes.

The STAI GmbH translates this know-how into operational digital applications – including monitoring, dispatching, apps, settlement and platform services. This keeps technological development clearly within ZUWESO, while STAI delivers digital operations and user-facing services.

Backbone

Technology & Engineering Backbone

ZUWESO develops the systems behind the assets: STATION-I, SOS-EMS and the technological building blocks for scalable Green Power Nodes. The focus is on systems architecture, engineering, structural design, software, platform logic and IP – the elements that turn individual projects into replicable infrastructure .

Most applications are within the proprietary and partner project pipeline. STATION-I is the modular infrastructure platform; ZUWESO provides technology, engineering and SOS-EMS know-how. STAI delivers the operational digital application layer for monitoring, dispatching and other data-based services.

For commercial and industrial sites: Suitable land and parking areas can be secured for the long term. We then develop integrated on-site infrastructure combining generation, storage, charging and intelligent control – with the aim of delivering energy infrastructure as a manageable, operated solution outside our site partner's core business.

Develop Technology → Develop & Structure → Finance → Own → Optimize

Clear roles along the value chain.

ZUWESO develops the technological foundation. Project development, structuring, financing and asset ownership are organised through specialist project and investment structures to enable scaling. Site-specific project companies implement and own the assets. STAI applies ZUWESO's digital and energy engineering know-how to operations and optimises the digital utilisation layer.

Philosophy

Technology with purpose.

We do not develop energy infrastructure for its own sake. We start by asking how energy, mobility and resources can be used more safely, efficiently and intelligently in the future.

ZUWESO approaches energy infrastructure as a connected system: generation, storage, mobility, heat, digital control and infrastructure work together.

STATION-I, SOS-EMS and our engineering and software components all emerge from this systems-based approach.

Our goal is scalable solutions combining commercial viability with resilience, resource efficiency and sustainable impact .

Don't optimise isolated technologies. Rethink entire systems.

Resilience

A stable, independent energy supply.

Efficiency

Using resources intelligently and systemically.

Collaboration

Connecting business, society and the environment.

Innovation

Developing tomorrow's infrastructure today.

Values

Our name reflects our values.

ZU = FUTURE ·  WE = WE ·  SO = SOCIETY
“TOGETHER – FOR A MORE SUSTAINABLE FUTURE”

ZUWESO has always stood for the future, collective action and responsibility towards society. Today, we translate this idea into tangible technology: scalable energy infrastructure, systems thinking and solutions that combine commercial viability with sustainable impact.

IP & Innovation

A history of development, expertise and two patent families.

ZUWESO's technical development rests not only on experience from individual projects, but on a development and innovation platform built over many years. Tobias Maurus and ZUWESO have continuously advanced STATION-I and the underlying infrastructure and systems concepts.

These include structural solutions, energy and mobility systems, software and control logic, as well as two patent familiesthat protect essential technical approaches and system solutions.
